Orders
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. Your order is confirmed only after our team reviews your requirements and confirms availability, price and payment details. Designs are made by hand and may vary from reference photos. Custom orders are priced individually.
Changes & cancellations
Changes to design, flavour, size or delivery details can be requested by contacting us. Changes depend on availability and may change the price. [Owner to confirm the latest time changes can be accepted.]
Cancellations must be made by contacting us directly. Please see the deposits and refunds section for how a cancellation affects your advance payment.
Deposits & refunds
An order is confirmed only after we have accepted it and received any advance payment we request. The remaining balance is due as agreed in your quotation.
If you cancel a confirmed order, refund eligibility depends on how much preparation has started. [Owner to specify refund rules and time limits.]
Delivery & collection
Delivery fees depend on the location and the order and are confirmed with your quotation. [Owner to confirm delivery areas.] You can also choose collection where we have agreed it with you.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address at the agreed time.
